Dr Smitha Bhaduri, Senior Consultant

Dr Smitha Bhaduri is a Senior Consultant Psychiatrist with over two decades of experience in the UK and Australia. She trained at the Maudsley Hospital and Institute of Psychiatry, London, holds specialist qualifications in General Adult and Liaison Psychiatry, and is a Fellow of the RANZCP and Member of the Royal College of Psychiatrists (UK).

Her clinical interests include mood and anxiety disorders, post-traumatic stress disorders, obsessive compulsive disorders, functional neurological disorders, medically unexplained symptoms, women’s mental health and ADHD. She sees patients aged 18 and over, face-to-face and via telepsychiatry.

She also has a special interest in supporting doctors and other health professionals experiencing mental health difficulties, offering a confidential service that recognises the unique pressures and barriers to help-seeking they face.

She also undertakes independent medico-legal psychiatric assessments, fitness-for-duty, workers’ compensation and motor vehicle injury (CTP) matters. She is an approved permanent impairment assessor in WA, Tasmania and Northern Territory. She offers medical fitness and TPD assessments for emergency workers including police officers, paramedics and DFES staff. 

Dr Bhaduri also continues to work in WA Health where she holds a senior leadership role.

Dr Divya G Rao, Consultant

Dr. Divya Rao is a psychiatrist with in-depth knowledge working across Asia and Australia. She offers Face to Face and Telehealth.

She has worked in both public and private sectors and has keen interest in teaching Psychiatry to medical, post graduate and nursing students. She completed her advanced psychiatric training in Sydney and Melbourne working across acute, community, rehabilitation, and aboriginal mental health services.

She is a Fellow of Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists and is specialised in Early Intervention Psychiatry. Dr Rao is currently working as the Clinical Lead of a state-wide mental health service for people aged 16 – 24 years and has been part of planning and execution of many youth projects and services across WA.

Her areas of interests include Youth mental health (16 – 24 years), Adult psychiatry, Transcultural Psychiatry, ADHD, Mood and anxiety disorders, OCD and Psychosis.

Dr Rao believes in providing high quality evidence based and person-centred care in collaboration with family and cares and other services. She is passionate about a holistic, recovery-oriented care, helping patients to maximise their potential for a more functional and meaningful life.

Dr Jana Oosthuizen, Consultant

Dr. Jana Oosthuizen is a highly experienced psychiatrist with over 15 years of expertise across a range of mental health settings, including acute inpatient care, community health services, and private practice. She offers Face to Face and Telehealth.

She is a Fellow of both the College of Medicine South Africa (FC Psych SA) and the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists (FRANZCP).

With a strong focus on holistic, patient-centered care, Dr. Oosthuizen is dedicated to helping individuals achieve lasting well-being. She specializes in mood and anxiety disorders, women’s mental health, and adult ADHD (18+), and is particularly skilled in working with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds.

Dr. Oosthuizen’s approach integrates evidence-based pharmacological treatments with psychotherapeutic strategies, creating personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s unique needs. Her goal is to empower patients to regain balance, optimize mental health, and improve their overall quality of life.

Dr Vikram Singh, Consultant

Dr Singh brings more than 12 years of clinical experience, working across both Australia and overseas. His diverse training and exposure to different health systems have shaped a practice style that is thoughtful, culturally aware, and grounded in genuine compassion.

He has a special interest in supporting individuals with:

  • ADHD and broader neurodiversity

  • Anxiety and mood-related concerns, including depression

  • Youth mental health, particularly for people aged 16–24

  • ASD assessment (Age 18 and over)

Patients often describe him as calm, kind, and easy to talk to. He takes time to understand each person’s story and works collaboratively to develop a care plan that feels both practical and meaningful.

His previous consultant roles within the public health system, including youth-focused services, have further strengthened his holistic and recovery-oriented approach to care.

He offers in-person and Telehealth appointments .

Dr Syed Abdullah, Consultant Child and Adolescent

Dr Syed Abdullah is a Consultant Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist with specialist training and experience in both the United Kingdom and Australia. He holds Membership of the Royal College of Psychiatrists (MRCPsych) and a Certificate of Completion of Training (CCT) in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry from the UK, and is a Fellow of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists (FRANZCP).

Dr Abdullah has worked across a broad range of clinical settings, including inpatient units, community mental health services, and specialist child and adolescent services. His approach is holistic, compassionate and evidence-based, with a strong emphasis on working collaboratively with young people and their families to support developmental, emotional and mental wellbeing.

He offers face-to-face and Telehealth consultations for children and adolescents aged 6–18 years, including:

• ADHD assessment and ongoing management
• Broader neurodevelopmental assessment
• Assessment and management of child and adolescent mental health concerns
• Ongoing psychiatric care and treatment planning

Dr Abdullah has a particular interest in ADHD assessment and management.

Alongside his clinical work, Dr Abdullah has a strong interest in medical education. He is a Member of the Academy of Medical Educators (MAcadMed) and contributes to medical education through his role as an Adjunct Senior Clinical Lecturer. He also provides clinical leadership within the public mental health sector.
