Blending Humility and Professionalism
Dr Smitha Bhaduri is a senior Consultant Psychiatrist with over two decades of experience in mental health across the public health sectors of the United Kingdom and Australia. She has a special interest in ADHD, early intervention, mood disorders, and women’s mental health.
She offers Face to Face and Tele-psychiatry seeing patients aged 17 and upwards for ADD/ADHD assesments. Dr Bhaduri also conducts Independent Medical Examinations (IME’s) and is available for assessments in this capacity.
Dr Bhaduri believes in fostering open and honest partnerships with her patients and empowering them to make informed choices in their care.
She led the establishment of a state-wide inpatient youth service in WA and served as its Head of Department for three years. She currently works as a Medical Director in a metropolitan health service, providing clinical leadership to commissioning and service development projects within WA health.
Her training includes a rigorous seven-year postgraduate program in Psychiatry at the renowned Maudsley Hospital and Institute of Psychiatry, London.
Dr Bhaduri has also previously served as a Clinical Senator in Western Australia and is an Adjunct Senior Clinical Lecturer at Curtin University.
She is a Fellow of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists and a Member of the Royal College of Psychiatrists (UK), with specialist qualifications in General Adult and Liaison Psychiatry.

Dr Morshed Aski is a highly experienced consultant psychiatrist and a Fellow of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists (RANZCP). He offers Face to Face and Telehealth. He has been working in the field of psychiatry since 2000, following the completion of his specialist training in Iran. Before moving to Australia in 2007, Dr Aski practised as a consultant psychiatrist in Iran.
Now based in Australia, he works across both the public and private sectors and brings a broad range of experience in general adult psychiatry. He is passionate about delivering compassionate, evidence-based care and takes a holistic approach tailored to each individual.
Dr Aski has particular expertise and interest in ADHD, Mood disorders, Anxiety disorders, Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD).
With a calm and patient-focused approach, Dr Aski is dedicated to helping individuals manage their mental health and improve their overall wellbeing.

Dr. Divya Rao is a psychiatrist with in-depth knowledge working across Asia and Australia. She offers Face to Face and Telehealth.
She has worked in both public and private sectors and has keen interest in teaching Psychiatry to medical, post graduate and nursing students. She completed her advanced psychiatric training in Sydney and Melbourne working across acute, community, rehabilitation, and aboriginal mental health services.
She is a Fellow of Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists and is specialised in Early Intervention Psychiatry. Dr Rao is currently working as the Clinical Lead of a state-wide mental health service for people aged 16 – 24 years and has been part of planning and execution of many youth projects and services across WA.
Her areas of interests include Youth mental health (16 – 24 years), Adult psychiatry, Transcultural Psychiatry, ADHD, Mood and anxiety disorders, OCD and Psychosis.
Dr Rao believes in providing high quality evidence based and person-centred care in collaboration with family and cares and other services. She is passionate about a holistic, recovery-oriented care, helping patients to maximise their potential for a more functional and meaningful life.

Dr. Jana Oosthuizen is a highly experienced psychiatrist with over 15 years of expertise across a range of mental health settings, including acute inpatient care, community health services, and private practice. She offers Face to Face and Telehealth.
She is a Fellow of both the College of Medicine South Africa (FC Psych SA) and the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists (FRANZCP).
With a strong focus on holistic, patient-centered care, Dr. Oosthuizen is dedicated to helping individuals achieve lasting well-being. She specializes in mood and anxiety disorders, women’s mental health, and adult ADHD (18+), and is particularly skilled in working with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds.
Dr. Oosthuizen’s approach integrates evidence-based pharmacological treatments with psychotherapeutic strategies, creating personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s unique needs. Her goal is to empower patients to regain balance, optimize mental health, and improve their overall quality of life.

Joining Grey Matter Psychiatry in February 2026, Dr Singh brings more than 12 years of clinical experience, working across both Australia and overseas. His diverse training and exposure to different health systems have shaped a practice style that is thoughtful, culturally aware, and grounded in genuine compassion.
He has a special interest in supporting individuals with:
ADHD and broader neurodiversity
Anxiety and mood-related concerns, including depression
Youth mental health, particularly for people aged 16–24
Patients often describe him as calm, kind, and easy to talk to. He takes time to understand each person’s story and works collaboratively to develop a care plan that feels both practical and meaningful.
His previous consultant roles within the public health system, including youth-focused services, have further strengthened his holistic and recovery-oriented approach to care.
He will be offering in-person and Telehealth appointments .

Dr Carmen Fuentes is a psychiatrist with more than 25 years of experience. She offers Face to Face and Telehealth.
She completed her psychiatry training in Queensland, before moving to WA. She has worked in both public and private sectors. She has taught and researched as Associate Professor abroad, and until recently, as Senior Lecturer at the University of Queensland.
Dr Fuentes is a fellow of the Royal Australia and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists, where she belongs to the Faculty of Adult Psychiatry and is a member of the Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder Network.
She has a special interest in Mood Disorders (Depression, Bipolar Affective Disorder, and related disorders), Anxiety Disorders, ADHD, Schizophrenia and other psychoses, and women’s mental health.
Dr Fuentes strongly believes in a recovery-oriented model of care, which highlights personal growth and resilience, with a focus on the patient choice. Her personal experience of diverse cultures, disciplines, and countries has built her humble recognition of the diversity and complexity of individual stories. She applies this valuable and transformative potential in the specific case of a person living with mental health symptoms.
Dr Fuentes applies a collaborative and evidence-based approach to each person’s assessment and management.
